Assembly Guides

At Lighthike, we want to make your riding experience as smooth as possible—starting from the moment your e-bike arrives. Below, you’ll find simple, step-by-step instructions to help you assemble your new electric bike safely and correctly.

Before You Start

Please check that all parts are included in your package before assembly. Each Lighthike e-bike comes with:

  • A pre-assembled main frame

  • Front wheel

  • Handlebars and pedals

  • Charger and battery

  • Tools required for setup

  • User manual

We recommend setting up your bike in a clean, well-lit space with enough room to work comfortably.

Step-by-Step Assembly Overview

1. Attach the Front Wheel
Use the provided wrench to secure the front wheel into the fork. Make sure the wheel spins freely and evenly before tightening.

2. Install the Handlebars
Align the handlebars with the front fork, ensuring the brakes and display are facing the correct direction. Tighten the bolts securely.

3. Mount the Pedals
Attach the right and left pedals as labeled (R/L). Remember, the left pedal screws in counterclockwise.

4. Insert and Secure the Seat Post
Adjust the seat height for comfortable riding and tighten the seat clamp.

5. Install the Battery and Test Electronics
Slide the battery into place until it clicks. Turn on the power to ensure that the lights, throttle, and display are working correctly.

Safety Check Before Your First Ride

  • Double-check that all bolts are tight.

  • Ensure the brakes work properly.

  • Make sure the tires are inflated to the recommended pressure.

  • Test the throttle and pedal-assist system in a safe area before riding on the road.
