Because electric bikes are large and specialized products, they are shipped via ocean freight from our manufacturing facility to local ports before being handed over to domestic logistics partners for final delivery.

  • Shipping Method: All Lighthike electric bikes are shipped from our factory via ocean freight to your nearest local port. Once customs clearance is completed, trusted local carriers will deliver the package directly to your address.

  • Tracking Updates: Tracking numbers will be provided once available. During sea transportation and customs processing, tracking updates may be temporarily delayed — this is normal for large-item international logistics.

  • Need Help? If your tracking number doesn’t update for several days or you’re concerned about the shipment, please contact our customer service team for assistance.


4. Shipping Fees

All Lighthike e-bikes come with free shipping to our supported countries.

We’ve built long-term partnerships with leading logistics providers, allowing us to include all shipping costs in the product price. This means no surprise fees or add-on costs at checkout — what you see is what you pay.


5. Customs Fees & Taxes

  • Customs & Import Duties: Each country has different import regulations. Lighthike complies fully with local customs and taxation policies.

  • Customer Responsibility: Taxes and import fees (if applicable) are not included in the product price and are determined by local authorities.
