Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Product Condition
To be eligible for a return:
• The electric bike must be unused and unassembled
• All original packaging and components must be included
• The item should be returned in the same condition as received
For safety and inspection reasons, please do not ride or assemble the bike before submitting a return request.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are limited to specific situations.
Eligible Exchange Situations
An exchange may be arranged if:
• The product has a quality issue
• The wrong item was shipped
For Other Situations
If a different model, size, or product is preferred, we recommend the following process:

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps.

Send an email with your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions
Do not send the item to the original shipping address. Our support team will provide the correct return warehouse address and instructions.
Step 3 – Prepare the Item
Please ensure the product is:
• Unused
• Unassembled
• Packed in the original packaging
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product defect or an incorrect item
• Lighthike will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for personal preference or a non-defective product
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund Processing
Inspection
Returned products are inspected after they arrive at the warehouse.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after inspection.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If a Refund Is Delayed
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. If the refund does not appear after processing, please contact your bank or payment provider for further details.
Order Cancellations
Cancel Within 12 Hours
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
Before Shipment
Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled without additional charges.
After Shipment
If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the item can be returned after delivery following the return process.
