We want you to love your Lighthike electric bike. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help guide you through the returns and refunds process.


Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • Returns Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your electric bike for a refund or exchange.

  • Condition of Items: The item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. For your safety and to avoid any damage, please do not ride or assemble the bike before requesting a return or exchange.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your electric bike for a different model or size, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Before returning the item, reach out to our customer service team to explain the reason for the exchange.

  2. Return Instructions: Do not send the package back to the original shipping address as this may result in the loss of the package. Our customer service team will provide you with the correct return warehouse address.

  3. Return Shipping Costs:

    • If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, Lighthike will cover the return shipping cost.

    • If the exchange is for a change of mind or a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team to explain the reason for the return.

  2. Return Instructions: Do not send the product back to the original shipping address. Our team will provide the correct return warehouse address.

  3. Condition of Items: Please ensure that the item is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

  4. Return Shipping Costs:

    • If the return is due to a defective item or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    • If the return is due to a change of mind or non-defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Delayed Refunds: If there is a delay in your refund, please contact our customer service team to check the status, or reach out to your issuing bank for further assistance.


Order Cancellations

  • Cancel Orders Within 12 Hours: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. You can also request changes to the order during this time.

  • Cancellation Eligibility: You may cancel your order without penalty as long as it has not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to wait for delivery and then contact customer service to initiate the return process.
