At Lighthike, we stand behind the quality and performance of our electric bikes. Every e-bike we sell is carefully designed, assembled, and tested to provide a safe and enjoyable riding experience. Our warranty policy ensures peace of mind and reliable support for every customer.
1. Warranty Coverage
All Lighthike e-bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
Covered components include:

Frame and fork

Motor and controller
-
Battery (defects only, not wear or misuse)

Display and throttle
-
Charger and wiring
This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.
2. What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chains, grips, etc.)

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

Water damage or exposure to extreme weather

Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

Damage resulting from assembly errors not performed by Lighthike or an authorized technician
3. Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your e-bike has a warranty-related issue, please contact us first so we can help diagnose and resolve it quickly.

To process your claim, please provide:

Your order number and purchase date

Photos or videos showing the problem

A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or additional support as needed.
4. Repair or Replacement
If a part is found to be defective under warranty, Lighthike will, at its discretion:

Provide a replacement part free of charge, or

Arrange for repair or replacement of the defective product
Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and will be shipped at no cost to you within the warranty period.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lighthike is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use, misuse, or inability to operate. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts as described above.
6. Support Beyond Warranty
Even after your warranty expires, our team is here to help. We can provide paid replacement parts and maintenance advice to keep your Lighthike e-bike running smoothly for years to come.
