1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal for all purchases.
It’s a safe and convenient way to complete your order using your PayPal account, debit card, or credit card. Your financial information is never shared with us.
2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We typically process all orders within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 10–15 business days.
3. How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking link.
If you haven’t received your tracking number after 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
4. What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to love your Lighthike e-bike.

We accept returns within a set timeframe after delivery as long as the product is unused and in original condition.
5. Are your electric bikes covered by a warranty?
Yes. All Lighthike e-bikes come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
If you experience any issues, please contact us with your order number and details, and our support team will help you resolve the problem quickly.
6. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes, we do!
We support B2B and wholesale partnerships for retailers, distributors, and business clients.
